Well Care Home Health is pleased to announce the acquisition of Davie County Home Health, an agency serving approximately 220 adult homecare patients. Davie County Home Health has been serving citizens in the Triad area for many years. This acquisition allows Well Care to expand to the western part of the state, creating strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians and payers. This acquisition is strategic as we continue to expand our footprint to 23 additional counties in NC.

Acquiring Davie County Home Health will allow Well Care to provide services in the Greater Triad area to include Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Davidson, Yadkin, Randolph and surrounding counties, where over 145,000 patients receive care in their home annually,
