WILMINGTON, NC, August 24, 2017 — Well Care Home Health has announced Robin Kipple, RN, BSN as the new, Senior Director of Population Health and Clinical Integration.

Kipple joins Well Care’s Senior Leadership team to implement innovative care models and spearhead clinical pilot programs. She will lead advancements in cardiopulmonary care, wound care, and disease management. Kipple will also develop and oversee new value-based delivery models to help forge closer relationships with referral sources across North Carolina, including Accountable Care Organizations (ACO). She will collaborate with Well Care’s teams on all levels, from the coast to the Triad, to drive patient engagement and experience excellence.
“Robin’s leadership experience in the post acute setting and population health will bring a tremendous amount of value to our organization,” said Wanda Coley, Chief Operating Officer. “She brings a results-driven approach that will prepare us for the future as we expand our geography, service offerings, and recruit top talent while striving to exceed patient expectations. As the care continuum shifts to the home setting, we will continue to invest in human capital and value-based care models to assist our elderly populations and allow them age gracefully in the comfort of their own homes,” Coley added.
Kipple brings 20 years of home health care experience to Well Care. Most recently, she directed all clinical and practice outcomes for 15 health care locations across three different states, and oversaw nearly 800 clinicians.
“I’m thrilled to join the Well Care team and be part of a progressive, innovative company in the post acute care space, said Kipple. “Well Care’s 5-star rating from CMS and future growth plans is incredibly exciting to me; and I look forward to this new opportunity.”
Kipple’s addition to Well Care’s Senior Leadership team comes in the midst of the company’s 30 year anniversary, along with the agency’s Triad expansion into Iredell and Rowan Counties.
