Well Care’s top clinical leaders were featured as panelists at CipherHealth’s First Annual User Conference in San Diego.
Jaimee Marsciano, RN, Well Care’s Senior Director of Home Health Operations, and Daniel Thompson, RN, Director of Performance Improvement and Education, discussed the use of CipherHealth’s automated Voice platform in the home health care space. They shared insider tips with other health care leaders and explained how Well Care, specifically, is using the innovative technology to improve the patient care experience.
“We don’t want to know if we met our patients’ expectations,” said Marsicano at the conference. “We want to exceed them.”

Daniel Thompson accepted CipherHealth’s first Partner Innovation Award on behalf of Well Care Home Health. The agency successfully implemented CipherHealth’s automated outreach solution to engage with patients, throughout and after, their care episodes. The Well Care Home Health team improved average HH-CAHPS (patient satisfaction survey) scores by 6% in just three months.
“We are honored to accept this award for innovation on behalf of Well Care,” said Thompson. “CipherHealth equips us with powerful data to achieve our organizational goal of becoming a comprehensive health care provider in the home,” he added.
Samantha Jobe, LPN and Outreach Coordinator for Well Care Home Health, also attended the conference. She joined Marsicano, Thompson and nearly 100 health care professionals from across the country, including Registered Nurses, hospital executives, ACOs, and post-acute care organizations, for the two-day event in early February.
