Well Care Home Health is pleased to announce the addition of Iredell and Rowan Counties to our service area. We are excited about the growth opportunities presented in Iredell and Rowan Counties to better serve our patients, referral sources, and communities across North Carolina.
Well Care will offer a comprehensive scope of home health services including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work, and home health aide services.
Well Care now serves 42 counties in North Carolina.
