
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released its 5-star rating system results last week, ranking Medicare-certified home health agencies based on quality-of-care indicators. As reported by The News & Observer on July 17, Well Care’s Wilmington location is one of only two home health agencies in the state receiving a perfect 5-star score.
Additionally, Well Care’s Raleigh agency received a score of 4.5, placing it among the top two in the Triangle region according to The News & Observer report.
