Adult Private Duty Nursing-the gift of freedom and choice for your loved one. For patients that are medically fragile or in need of complex treatment, we provide complete care in the comfort of home rather than the hospital. Our highly skilled nurses provide superior, one-on-one care and will work with a doctor to develop a personalized plan that meets your unique and specific health needs. Choosing Well Care is giving your loved one the ability to continue to live comfortably at home without sacrificing care.

Advanced Nursing Care

Our private duty nurses are experts at home care, meeting stringent requirements and delivering compassionate dedication to each patient. Providing an alternative to assisted living facilities, private duty nursing can allow you to remain in the comfortable, familiar surroundings of your home. Our registered nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are available 24/7 to provide tasks such as monitoring blood pressure, monitoring vitals, administering medication, wound care, monitoring medical status changes and providing comfort, care, and support. Well Care nurses are available for short-term, long term, or end-of-life support with customized hourly nursing care that supports and cultivates the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of our patients and their families.
